A student should bring their own lunch and snacks from home. It should be good, nutritious food, with no sugar. That means no sodas. No candy. No cookies. No cake. No ice cream, etc., etc. It means good protein, fruits, vegetables, grains, fats. A balanced diet that will give the student all the energy needed to run hard all day, plus all the nutrients needed to grow that body big and strong.

A stove and oven are available for meals that need heating.
